The hotel was located very close to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed the twin room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The staff were affable without being intrusive...

The staff here kept my room spotless, which was a big plus. I loved how the hotel was right in the heart of things, surrounded by lots of restaurants. I discovered Café Pret a Manger just a short walk, about 500 metres from here! 😄👏.

The room was comfy with smoke detectors for safety measures. We had a shared bathroom. The hotel was in a central setting in the middle of the city.

The place is conveniently located near restaurants and the beach, and there's a nearby eatery that offers quick meal options, which is very convenient.

The rooms were cheap and the staff were friendly. The location in El Tablero was perfect, with a big grocery store just a one-minute walk away and bus stops nearby. Free wi-fi in public areas and an off-site car park were also available, making our stay even more convenient. Lastly, I appreciated that no pets were allowed, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere.

I recently stayed at Pension Alvarez for a few nights during my vacation in Las Palmas. The location was perfect, with welcoming cafes and bars just opposite and around the corner. I particularly enjoyed Taverna and El Cafetino. There were also local shopping facilities nearby for all my food and snack needs. The taxi rank was conveniently just 100m away, and it only cost €4.40 to get to the middle of Playa del Ingles. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were perfectly fine. The check-in process was quick and the staff were helpful. I also loved the fantastic cafe-bar next to the hotel, where I could really feel the spirit of the town and enjoy the bartender's amazing drinks and food.
